- Damage caused by jewellery, sharp objects, pets, cosmetics, perfumes, deodorants, chemicals, or other external factors.
- Repairs, alterations, tailoring, hemming, or modifications completed after delivery.
- Incorrect size selection, personal fit preferences, or changes in body measurements.
- Natural differences in fabric texture, print placement, stitching detail, or colour between production batches.
- Loss, theft, deliberate damage, misuse, or neglect.
3. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe that your sleepwear contains a manufacturing defect, please contact Selamiora customer support within the applicable 30-day warranty period.
To help us review your claim efficiently, please provide:
- Your full name.
- Your order number.
- The name or description of the affected sleepwear product.
- A clear explanation of the problem.
- Photographs showing the complete garment and close-up images of the affected area.
- Any additional information reasonably requested by our customer support team.
Warranty claims may be delayed if the information or images provided are incomplete or do not clearly show the reported issue.

After reviewing your warranty claim, Selamiora may offer one of the following solutions depending on the nature of the defect, available evidence, product availability, and applicable law:

Where a replacement is approved but the original style, size, or colour is unavailable, Selamiora may offer an alternative product, store credit, or refund.
